摘要
针对方孔加工难的问题,提出方孔加工解决方案。首先对刀具运动方式进行理论计算,然后建立运动模型对刀具轨迹进行分析,通过设计专用刀具,采用变量编程控制刀具轨迹,实现方孔加工工艺的可行性。利用NX nastran有限元软件,分析刀具对方孔加工精度的影响。成功解决高精度方孔加工的难题。
According to the difficulty of square hole processing,the square hole processing solution plan is put forward.First,the motion way of tool is calculated,and then the motion model is built to analyze the tool path,through the design of a special tool,variable programming is used to control tool path,feasibility of square hole processing craft is realized.The NX NASTRAN finite element software is used to analyze the influence of tool on square hole processing precision,successfully solving the problem of high precision hole processing.
