摘要
小功率赛车的减速箱是非常重要的零部件,根据赛事要求及赛车动力性目标设计符合使用要求的齿轮组。通过CATIA三维建模,并将齿轮模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,将仿真结果与理论计算作对比。结果表明,利用有限元法对齿轮进行弯曲和接触分析是可行的,可为齿轮优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。
The reduction gear box of low power racing car is a very important component,according to the competition requirements and car dynamic target,gears that meet the requirements are designed.Through CATIA 3D modeling,and guiding gear model into ANSYS Workbench for finite element analysis,simulation results and theoretical calculation results are compared.The results show that finite element method for gear analysis is feasible,it can provide the dependable basis for optimization of gear.
