摘要
文章以典型复杂薄壁结构件S27模型加工为例,针对其外形复杂、结构刚性差的特点,提出一种刚性强化方法。这种方法避免了传统方法在薄壁部位增加辅助支撑,导致加工工艺繁琐的缺点,有效地提高了加工效率和可靠性,可以为各类薄壁零件的加工提供借鉴。
This paper takes a typical complex thin-walled structure component S27 model processing as an example and proposes a method of rigidity reinforcement according to the characteristics of its complex shape and poor structure rigidity.This method avoids the disadvantages of the traditional method that adding auxiliary support in the thin wall parts causes the processing technology is complicated.It effectively improves the processing efficiency and reliability and can provide reference for all kinds of thin wall parts.
