兰州市奶业发展现状研究

Development Situation of Dairy Industry in Lanzhou

随着我国改革开放深入,城乡居民生活水平和对生活必需品质量要求越来越高,健康安全贯穿于居民生活之中,其中最叫响的莫过于乳制品。兰州市政府非常重视奶业发展,且奶产业是兰州市城郊畜牧业的支柱之一。文章根据兰州市奶业发展现状,对影响全市奶业发展的主要问题进行了科学分析,提出了关于壮大奶源基地,大力推广产业化经营等六项发展对策。

Along with the deepening of reform and opening up,the living standards of people becomes higher and higher,health and safety are strengthened,among which dairy products are the most significant.The Lanzhou municipal government attaches great importance to the development of dairy industry and dairy industry is one of the pillars of the Lanzhou City suburb animal husbandry.According to development present situation of dairy industry in Lanzhou City,this paper analyzes the main problems influencing the development of the city＇s dairy industry,proposes six countermeasures such as strengthening the milk source base,vigorously promoting industrialization management.
