The construction of electronic innovation laboratory based on the skills competitiontrains students＇ innovation and practical ability.Combining with the actual situation of electronic Innovation laboratory in jilin railway vocational and technical college,this paper describes the construction,operation and management of the practice innovation base.It is proved that the laboratory provides a reliable guarantee for the students,promotes the teaching reform,improves the teaching quality and students＇ comprehensive quality and employment ability,and achieves good results in the cultivation of innovative talents.
