铁道机械化维修技术专业人才培养课程体系框架构建

铁道机械化维修技术专业,是2016年在全国首次招生的新增高职专业。对于该专业的人才培养课程体系构建,各铁路类高职院校都是同龄人——"新生儿,一片空白"。笔者与哈尔滨铁路局工务机械段大修列车间王成彬机长一起工作与学习,在具有较为充分的行业企业调研的基础上,较为科学地构建了吉林铁道职业技术学院的铁道机械化维修技术专业的人才培养方案课程体系。通过文章,为兄弟院校相关专业建设提供一点经验和分享,同时为广大的高考学生和家长选报专业提供参考与思路。

The railway mechanizationmaintenancetechnology major is a new higher vocational major which first opened up in 2016.For the professional personnel training course system construction,all the higher vocational colleges are peers-＂newborn,and blank＂.Through learning and research,the author constructs a reasonable talent training course system for railway mechanizationmaintenancetechnology major in Jilin railway vocational and technical college.This paper provides experience and reference for other higher vocational colleges and students and parents who are considering the major in colleges.
