摘要
选用天然植物山药中富含的生物分子作为反应物和模板,在常温、常压下仿生制备了羟基磷灰石生物复合物。研究结果表明,在山药表面生成的是卵石状羟基磷灰石晶体,而山药榨汁液中生成复合物的形貌和晶型与构晶离子的添加顺序有关,分别出现了立方体晶态纳米颗粒和多孔疏松的无定型结构,可能归结于山药中可溶性与不可溶的生物分子所含不同极性基团在羟基磷灰石形成过程中起到的不同诱导和调控作用。
The biological molecules in Chinese yam is used as reactants and templates for the biomimetic synthe-sis of hydroxyapitite(HA) biocomposite at room temperature and atmosphere. The results indicate that cobble-stone-like HA biocomposite is formed on the surface of Chinese yam while cube-shaped and porous HA biocom-posites are fabricated in the squeeze juice of Chinese yam with different addition orders of configurational ion,re-spectively, the soluble and insoluble biomolecules from the Chinese yam with diverse polar groups may play differ-ent roles in inducing and controlling the nucleation and growth of HA.
