5家大型医院护士执业环境测评结果分析

Nurses' perceptions of professional practice environment:a cross-sectional study

目的:调查我国护士执业环境现状,为改善护士执业环境提供依据。方法:采用《护士执业环境测评量表》,对我国中东部地区5家医院的5234名护士进行调查。结果:护士执业环境总体得分为(74.77±22.57)分,其中工作制度与流程的建立、护士培训等方面得分较高,护士的医院管理参与度、薪酬待遇、工作被认可度得分较低。结论:改善护士执业环境的重点在于建立机制让护士参与医院管理、提高护士的薪酬待遇及凸显护理专业价值,构建健康的护士执业环境,提高护理质量。

Objective： To describe the characteristics of the nursingwork environment, in order to improve it. Methods：Descriptive study with 5234 nurses in five hospitals in mid-east region of China, conducted through Nursing Work Index - Revised. Results： The mean score of Nursing Work Index - Revised was 74.774-22.57. Policies and procedures received the highest mean score, and participation of hospital affairs got the lowest score. Conclusion： It is important to encourage nurses＇ participation in hospital affairs and increase their salaries, in order topromote work environment and improve the quality of nursing.
