通过在法国为期3周的学习考察,介绍法国多元化的医疗护理服务,现代化的医院管理策略,特别是第五代医院护理管理体系,计划性人才储备,有效保证护理管理体系的搭建,继任人员经过医院管理、人力资源管理、教学管理等方面的系统培训,建设起一支掌握现代管理知识与专业技术知识的复合型护理人才队伍,对护理管理队伍建设方面有很大启迪。

During the 3 weeks study in France, we learned the following： French diversiifed health care services, the modernized hospital management strategies, particularly the fifth generation of the hospital nursing management system, talent reserve, the effective way to establish nursing management system, human resources management, teaching management through systematic training, building a master modern management knowledge and professional technical knowledge of nursing personnel. All these insights gave us a lot of inspiration when it comes to building our own nursing management team.
