摘要
运用电子信息化技术,将收集到的各手术专科的术前物品资料制作成电子书,并应用于实际手术中。与启用备物电子书前比较,使用电子书备物后护士的备物准确率有所提高,术前备物时间有所缩短,巡回护士往返添置术中物品的次数减少,术中医疗耗材的损失件数减少,护士满意度较前有提升(P<0.05);医生的满意度提高(P<0.05),值得推广。
With the help of information technology, the lists of materials needed in surgery operations were collected and input into a surgical materials managing software. After the use of the software in practice, the accuracy rate of materials preparation has increased. The preparation time has become shorter. The frequency of nurses＇ going back for additional materials has decreased. The amount of medical consumables has been reduced. The nurses＇ satisfaction has signiifcantly increased （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the doctors has signiifcantly improved （P〈0.05）. In conclusion, the managing software is evidently proven to be able to improve the accuracy rate of preoperative preparation, to shorten the preparation time, to reduce medical consumables, and to increase satisfaction of doctors and nurses.
