摘要
企业生产控制水平风险等级评价是我国食品生产企业风险分级的重要组成部分,也是食品生产企业风险分级监管的前提和基础。对我国食品企业生产控制水平风险等级评价进行了分析和研究,从历年监督抽检结果和食品质量安全舆情分析了影响食品企业生产控制水平的因素,利用系统动力学原理和专家打分确定了食品企业生产控制水平评价指标,构建了企业生产控制水平风险评价指标体系和评价方法。
Production control level evaluation is an important part of food enterprise risk classification,which is also the premise and foundation of the supervision of food production enterprise risk classification. The production control level evaluation of food production enterprises in China was analyzed and studied,and the factors influencing the production control level of food production enterprises were analyzed from the years of supervision and inspection results and the safety of public opinion. By using the principle of system dynamics and expert scoring,the evaluation index of production control level of food production enterprise was put forward and the production control level evaluation method was established.
