Experimental study on minerals processing technology for a foreign refractory low grade fluorite

摘要 针对某难处理低品位硫化矿—萤石型矿石,采用脱铁—脱硫—萤石再浮工艺方案。在磁选除铁以及浮选脱硫后,以高效的捕收剂Z-201作萤石的捕收剂、Na_2CO_3作分散剂、酸化水玻璃和ATM作联合抑制剂获得了良好的选别指标。在原矿含CaF_227.84%、CaCO_311.64%的情况下,实验室闭路流程试验结果表明,先脱铁再脱硫,硫尾经1粗8精1扫的闭路试验流程,可获得CaF_2品位为93.86%,回收率为50.26%的萤石精矿。 Fluorite type ore is treated by the process of "iron removal,desulfurization and fluorite flotation" for a refractory low grade sulfide ore.After magnetic separation and flotation desulfurization,an efficient collector Z-201 is used as collector,Na2CO3 as dispersant,acid sodium silicate and ATM as combined inhibitor to obtain a good selection index.In the ore containing CaF227.84%,CaCO311.64%,the laboratory closed-circuit experiment results show that the fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 93.86% and recovery rate 50.26% could be obtained by the test process of iron removal before desulfurization and a closed circuit of one-roughing,eight-cleaning and one-scavenging of sulfur tailings.
