大直径深孔侧向崩矿技术在柴山矿的应用 被引量:6

摘要 柿竹园柴山钼铋钨矿厚大集中、矿岩稳固且产能要求大,经采矿方法比选,推荐主要采用165mm大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填法开采,该采矿方法具有产能大、效率高、成本低等优点。为了简化装药结构、减少测孔与爆破次数、减轻劳动强度和降低采矿成本,对大直径深孔提出了孔内竹筒间隔装药、孔口分段、辅以导爆索起爆侧向崩矿技术。经爆破实践证明,选用的大直径深孔爆破参数合理,侧向崩矿技术可行,劳动效率高,生产成本显著降低。 The large diameter deep hole stage 165 mm diameter of open stope filling mining method is recommended by comparison of mining methods in light of the massive and concentrated ore body and,stability of ore body and surrounding rocks and requirements of large production capacity in Shizhuyuan Chaishan Mo-BiW Mine..The method has the advantages of large capacity,high efficiency,low costs and so on.In order to simplify charge structure,reduce frequency of hole measuring and blasting and reduce the labor intensity and the costs of mining,the technology of bamboo interval explosive hole,segmental orifice detonator and lateral ore caving ore with the initiation of detonation cord is put forward for the large diameter deep hole.The blasting practice shows that the large diameter deep hole blasting parameters used is reasonable and the lateral ore caving technology is feasible with higher labor efficiency and lower costs of production.
