摘要
红土镍矿成分变化大,含水高,烧损大,烧结性能差成为烧结生产难点。从碱度、配料结构、熔剂等方面研究了对红土镍矿烧结性能的影响。结果表明:碱度逐步从0.7提高到1.2时,烧结矿的强度指标呈下降趋势,但下降趋势不明显,成品率呈下降趋势,而还原度上升明显;在配料中配加南非粉可较大改善烧结性能。
The composition change of laterite nickel ore is large,water cut is high,the loss is big,sintering performance is poor. These become a difficult point in sintering production. The sintering performance of laterite nickel ore is studied from the basicity,the structure of the ingredients,flux,etc. The results showed that alkalinity gradually increased from0. 7 to 1. 2,the sinter strength index is on the decline,but the decline is not obvious,the yield is on the decline,the reduction degree rise significantly; sintering performance can be improved by adding South Africa powder in ingredients.
