摘要
通过低倍检查、金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱仪等检测手段对钢板拉伸断口形貌、夹杂物和显微组织进行观察和分析,研究Q420q E钢板探伤不合的原因。分析发现,钢板厚度中心区域珠光体带中存在着硫化物、微量元素偏聚及贝氏体组织;在热应力、组织应力和有害元素偏聚的共同作用下,引发内部微裂纹从而导致Q420q E钢板探伤不合。
The tensile fracture morphology,inclusions and microstructure were studied by means of SEM,EDS and microscopes to find the reasons for defects in flow detection of Q420 q E. The analysis results showed that there are Mn S,aggregation of trace elements and banded bainite in the center of the plate. The inner cracks are caused by heat stress,structural stress and aggregation of harmful elements,which cause the defects in flow detection.
