摘要
在不同氧化锡锑(ATO)粉体掺量、树脂黏度和提拉速率下,测试玻璃基涂层隔热性能,通过直观的透射率曲线反映出不同因素与隔热透射率的曲线关系并拟合数据。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)观察测试膜厚以及由于重力表面张力粗糙度的三层膜结构图。结果表明:随着ATO含量的增加,红外区和可见光区的透射率与含量呈线性关系,斜率比分别为1.27和0.14;不同黏度的氟碳(FC)树脂样品,溶剂的增加量与平均透射率呈二次方程式关系;随着提拉速率的增加,膜厚不断增加,平均膜厚与提拉速率呈幂指数曲线关系。
The heat insulation performance of glass-based film coating was studied on different tin antimony oxide( ATO) powder contents,resin viscosities and pulling rates. The transmittance curve fitting reflected the relationship of different factors. The field emission scanning electron microscopy( FESEM)was used to characterize the film thickness and the three layers of film structure due to the different gravities and surface roughnesses. The transmittance in the visible and the infrared was linear with the ATO content for slope ratios of 1. 27 and 0. 14.The transmittance was quadratic with the solvent increasing at different viscosities of the fluorocarbon( FC) resin. The faster the pulling speed,the greater the film thickness.The average thickness had exponent relation to the pulling speed.
