摘要
采用超声夹聚能反应器,研究超声波输出电压、超声时间、超声温度对原油降黏的影响,并对最佳超声处理条件下原油的黏度恢复情况进行考察。结果表明:原油黏度随着超声输出电压的增大而减小;随着超声时间的延长和超声温度的升高,原油的黏度呈现先下降后不变的趋势;在超声频率20 k Hz、超声时间30 min、加热套温度60℃、输出电压250 V的条件下,原油60℃黏度由8.6 Pa·s下降到4.15 Pa·s,效果最佳,在室温下静置40 d,原油60℃黏度为4.2 Pa·s。
The clamp reactor of ultrasonic focused was designed and prepared for the upgrading and viscosity reducing of crude oil.The effects of the ultrasonic output voltage,reaction time and temperature on the upgrading and the viscosity reducing were studied,and the viscosity recovery was also investigated.Results shown that the viscosity of the crude oil at 60 ℃ reduced with the increase of ultrasonic output voltage.With the extending of the reaction time and the rising of reaction temperature,the viscosity of the crude oil at 60 ℃ reduced firstly and then remaining unchanged. The viscosity of the crude oil at 60 ℃reduced from 8. 6 Pa·s to 4. 15 Pa ·s under the best conditions of 20 k Hz,reaction time of 30 min,reaction temperature of 60 ℃,and ultrasonic output voltage of 250 V. After standing for 40 d at room temperature,the viscosity of the crude oil at 60 ℃ remained 4. 2 Pa·s.
