名师成长之路:在实践中反思与探究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,各省市纷纷启动中小学名师培养工程、名师工作室或名师工作坊项目,旨在促进有经验的优秀教师突破原有零散、直觉的个性化经验,走向经验的系统化、概念化与理论化,从而形成自己的教育教学主张或思想。北京师范大学、重庆市教育委员会与重庆市江北区人民政府协同共建“重庆市教师教育创新实验区”,开展“名师工作坊”项目,正是这种设计与行动理念的体现。该项目针对有发展潜力与丰富经验的教师,通过提升学习和研究能力,培养优秀教师乃至卓越教师;整合大学与地方资源,形成名师成长共同体,进而带动区域教育发展。
