Paradigm Transformation of Employment and Entrepreneurship Education in MOOCs Era

随着信息化时代来临,计算机技术和网络信息技术得到迅猛发展,对传统教育产生了巨大的影响和冲击,以教育信息化推动教育现代化,已成为世界教育发展的主要方向和潮流。其中,MOOC就是多年来网络和教育相结合发展的产物,但是,目前现实版的就业创业教育与MOOC教学的理想模式存在巨大的反差。MOOC模式对课堂教学、资源建设、教学团队和学习方式发生全方位冲击,在世界教育史上将掀起一场深刻的"教"与"学"的"双重革命",在实践逻辑上使得课堂教学、资源开发、专业团队和学习方式都发生了根本范式转换。高校就业创业教育须在就业创业指导课建设中引入MOOC教学模式,大力推进就业创业教育范式转换,通过线上线下结合、主动被动结合和传统现代结合,实施有效教学,以满足学生的学习需求,从而促进课程建设与课堂教学的价值实现。

With the advent of the information age, the computer technology and network information technology developed rapidly, which produced tremendous influence and impact on the traditional education. So we should promote the modernization of education with the basic orientation of educational informationization,whieh become the main direction and trend of the world education development. Among them, MOOC is the result of the combination of network and education for many years. But the reality version of the employment and entrepreneurship education and the ideal model of MOOC teaching has a huge contrast. MOOC model occur a full range of impact to classroom teaching, resource construction, teaching team and learning methods. It will bring about a profound ＂double revolution＂between ＂teaching＂ and ＂learning＂ in the history of world education. MOOC model will have transition to the classroom teaching, resource development, professional teams and learning methods in the practice of logic. Forward thinking on the employment and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,we should introduce MOOC teaching model in the construction of employment and entrepreneurship guidance course. Paradigm shift should he vigorously promoted in employment and entrepreneurship education. Through the combination of online and offline, active and passive combination and the combination of traditional and modern, we should implement effective teaching to meet the needs of students learning and promote the value of curriculum construction and classroom teaching.
