基于家长满意度调查的学前教育公共服务评价研究

文章从服务对象满意度的视角,以学前教育为对象,利用连续六年的入户调查数据,考量政府的公共服务水平,结果显示:幼儿园家长对区县学前教育公共服务"比较满意",六年持续提升,但一直低于所有学段的平均水平,区县间差异较大;家长对政府公共服务职责的满意度"一般",明显低于学校管理、师资队伍和教育效果三个维度;满意度最低的5个项目全集中于政府公共服务方面;家长普遍感觉"入园难"、"入园贵",私立幼儿园家长显著低于公立幼儿园。为提高政府学前教育公共服务水平,需要强化政府在学前教育领域的公共服务职能,重点关注私立幼儿园的发展和建设,加强对私立园的政府公共服务,提升教育公共服务水平。
