In order to explore the effective strategy of safety management in shipbuilding industry and to improve the management efficiency of shipbuilding industry, this paper analyzes the current problems in the safety management of shipbuilding industry and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures by improving management mode, strengthening policy guidance, increase security investment funds and enhancing security supervision.
