Training high quality ESP teachers is the basic guarantee of the improvement of ESP teaching quality. Combined with the current situation of ESP teachers＇ professional development,the qualities of ESP teachers are summarized and the approaches to professional development of ESP teachers are proposed,which provides a reference for ESP teachers＇ professional development.
