摘要
战略性新兴产业集群式发展是我国战略性新兴产业升级的有效路径,发展过程中面临政策、资金、人才、技术、空间布局等多方面的困难,需要建立战略性新兴产业支撑体系以实现战略性新兴产业集群的快速发展。
Strategic emerging industry cluster development is an effective way to upgrade China＇s strategic emerging industries. In this process of development,it faces many difficulties coming from the policy,capital,talent,technology,space layout and other aspects. We should establish a strategic emerging industry to achieve the rapid development of strategic emerging industrial cluster support system.
