摘要
随着社会信息化发展的不断深入,图书情报教育领域面临人才培养模式的改革与创新的挑战。研究采用网络调查、半结构化访谈和案例研究相结合的方法对德克萨斯州大学信息学院的网站进行分析与研究。通过分析该信息学院在硕士研究生教育培养模式上的创新,得出硕士教育课程体系要与能力标准相配,教育模式要突出学生的个性化学习。
With the continuous development of social information, the field ot library and intormatlon science, which is committed to the development of information professionals in all walks of life, is faced with the continuous adjustment, perfection and innovation in the talent training mode. This investigation uses the method of network investigation and content analysis to analyze and research the website of University of Texas University. The curriculum system should match the ability standard, and education mode should highlight the students' individual learning.
