基于数据生命周期模型的数据资源管理剖析

[目的 /意义]对数据资源进行全生命周期的管理,能够为管理者提供更为清晰的数据规划和更好的决策支持。[方法 /过程]采用网络文献调查法对在数据生命周期中最为重要的数据收集、数据描述、数据分析与数据保存与维护阶段的数据资源管理情况进行调研。[结果 /结论]国外在上述方面都较我国优秀,通过介绍在上述几个数据生命周期环节国外具有代表性的实践,为我国相关数据资源管理研究提供借鉴。[局限]在网络文献调查中没有做到完全的文献普查,而是主要调查美国、英国等西方发达国家在数据资源管理上的实践,而对发展中国家没有涉及,因而介绍内容或存在偏漏之处。

[ Method/Process] Using Internet survey method and literature survey method to investigate the Condition of data resource management at the most important links in the life cycle Of data, including data collection, data description, data analysis and data preservation and maintenance. E Results/Conclusion] The foreign countries do better job in these areas than our country the Introduction of the representative practice of data resource management that foreign countries take in these data links of life cycle can offer references for the relevant research in China. [ Limitation] The Internet survey for documents has not been completely covered, and mainly concentrated on the works of the United States, Britain and other western developed countries, but developing countries were not involved in, thus there may be partial discharge in the content introduction.
