摘要
Ф5mm TP2内螺纹铜管在空调中使用占比逐年增大。采用齿形观测、金相组织观察和力学性能测试等手段,分析了Ф5mm TP2内螺纹铜管胀管缺陷产生的原因,并对Ф5mm TP2内螺纹铜管进行了工艺优化试验。研究结果表明:收缩不均、扩口沿齿裂纹以及折管等缺陷产生的主要原因是成品齿形参数和力学性能匹配不佳;优化设计Ф5mm TP2内螺纹铜管成形螺纹芯头外径为Ф5.79mm,齿深为0.150mm,成品退火为加热温度为480℃、保温时间为33min,在此工艺条件下试生产的样管,胀管时未出现收缩不均、扩口斜裂和折管缺陷。
The use ofФ5mm TP2 inner grooved copper tube in the air conditioning increased year by year. The causes of tube expanding defects ofФ5mm copper TP2 tube was investigated by groove profile measure, metallographic structure observation and mechanical property test. Then the forming process ofФ5mm TP2 inner grooved copper tube was designed and tested. The results show that the main causes of shrinkage uneven, crack along groove and tube folding during tube expand-forming were that the control range of groove profile parameters were not ideal, and the mechanical property was mismatched. The optimized diameter and groove depth of groove forming die and final annealing process forФ5mm TP2 inner grooved copper tube were 5.79mm, 0.150mm and 480℃/33min respectively. According to these parameters, the trial-produced Ф5mm TP2 inner grooved copper tube exhibited superior tube expand-forming performance, shrinkage uneven, crack along groove and tube folding defects during the tube expand-forming procedure disappeared.
