卡尔多炉湍冲洗涤烟气净化系统开发及实践

摘要 卡尔多炉文丘里烟气净化系统阻力大、能耗高;不适应波动范围大、尘浓及硒含量高的烟气条件,收尘效率及硒综合回收率不高;金属材质设备易腐蚀,炉料适应性不强。铜陵有色开发了全新的湍冲洗涤烟气净化系统。与文丘里烟气净化系统相比,新系统除尘效率高、防耐防堵性好,硒回收率提高了10%以上,系统阻力降低4/5,能耗降低近1/4。 The Venturi flue gas purification system for Kaldo furnace is characterized by high system resistance and energy consumption, low dust-collecting efficiency and comprehensive selenium recovery rate;inability to adapt to flue gas conditions of large fluctuation range, high dust concentration and selenium content, so, it is liable to cause serious corrosion of metal material equipment and poor feed adaptability. Therefore, our company developed a new turbulent scrubbing flue gas purification system. Compared with the Venturi flue gas purification system, the new system enjoys higher dust removal efficiency, excellent performance in corrosion and blockage resistance. It can improve the selenium recovery by more than 10%, reduce the system resistance by 4/5, cut the energy consumption by nearly 1/4.
