摘要
利用Fluent软件模拟采用稀氧燃烧的铜阳极精炼炉炉内的温度场和流场,以获取稀氧燃烧的燃烧特性,仿真结果表明,天然气倾斜喷入方式,达到了稀氧燃烧的控制条件,稀氧燃烧会使炉顶等局部区域温度过高,加速炉墙耐火砖的烧损,仿真结果为今后冶金炉窑推广使用稀氧燃烧提供设计依据。
Temperature field and flow field of dilute oxygen combustion on copper anode refining furnace was simulated by the Fluent software. The combustion properties of the dilute oxygen combustion wereobtained. The result showed that natural gas inclined spray into the furnace, the furnace realize the condition of dilute oxygen combustion. Dilute oxygen combustion could cause extreme high temperature at the topfurnace;this phenomenon accelerated the burning damage of refractory brick. The test result could also offered references for dilute oxygen combustion application on metallurgical furnaces.
