摭论我国中师消亡进程迟滞的阻抗及其消解——以改革开放后江苏中师变革与发展为例 被引量:5

On the Resistance and Solution of the Secondary Normal School Extinction——Case Study of the Reform and Development of Secondary Normal Schools in Jiangsu Province

摘要 旧三级教师教育体系中的中师消亡问题久拖不进,延缓了新三级教师教育体系的构建进程,浪费了教师教育资源。现行中师挂靠高校开办五年制师范大专的教师教育模式,模糊了中师的自我属性认知,阻滞了中师消亡进程。为加速中师消亡,提出正视中师优秀传统、重视行政推动、明确五年制师范大专办学主体、前瞻谋划地方性教师教育体系和强化省市政府责任等五项主张。 The secondary normal school has not been destroyed for a long time. It has delayed the construction and development of our country' s teacher education system. Now some universities in the United, held five year normal university college. This approach makes the secondary normal schools do not know that they are still secondary professional schools, to stop the demise of the secondary normal school. Proposed in this five solution: treat correctly the excellent tradition of seeondary normal school, pay attention to the role of the Ministry of national education, five years of Normal University of specialist school subjects identified, plans to the local teacher education system, strengthen the responsibility of the provincial and municipal levels of government.
