基于SWOT模型的高职学生职业生涯规划研究

Research on Higher Vocational Students' Career Planning Guidance Based on SWOT Model

高职学生职业生涯规划,对于高职学生未来的发展和在校期间的激励作用是不容忽视的。通过高职学生职业生涯规划内涵研究,分析了目前高职学生在进行职业生涯规划时出现的问题,进而依据SWOT模型,明晰如何进行高职学生职业生涯规划。

College students＇ career planning play an important role for vocational college students in the future development and the positive motivation during their＂ college life. In this paper, we do a brief introduction of notion and purpose of vocational college students career planning. And we analyze the problems when vocational college students do their career planning, they are blindness of employment selection,high expectation of employment selection and conformism of employment selection. Then we study the related knowledge of SWOT model. According to those content, we do the research of vocational college student career planning ,on the basis of SWOT model, in order to help college students do the career planning.
