高校肩负着为国家培养具有优秀思想品德、科研管理、实践创新能力、综合技术能力的高素质人才的责任。而实验室又是科研人员开展科研实践的重要场所,良好的实验室运行和管理体制是进行科研创新和培养高素质人才的保证。如何根据现代高等教育体制发展的需要,做好实验室管理,确保实验创新结果的真实、有效、准确,培养科研人才的综合实力,是当前实验室管理中的重点。
