信息化弹药技术保障指挥能力是弹药工程专业生长干部学员的核心能力。详细分析了信息化弹药技术保障指挥能力的内涵,提出了信息化弹药技术保障指挥能力培养的具体措施,并探讨了加强信息化弹药技术保障指挥能力培养的建议,为培养适应部队岗位需求的信息化弹药技术保障指挥人才奠定了坚实的基础。
Information ammunition technical support command ability is the key ability for growing cadre students of ammunition engineering specialty. The connotations of information ammunition technical support command ability are analyzed particularly. The concrete measures of information ammunition technical support command ability training are put forward. Some suggestions for enhancing information ammunition technical support command ability training are discussed. It provided a solid foundation for cultivating the talents of information ammunition technical support command that fit in with the needs of the army.
