研究生创新能力的培养对研究生教育至关重要。随着每年研究生的大幅度扩招,导师数量相对不足,不能满足研究生的指导需求。研究生导师在学历层次上差别较大,高学历人员所占比例较小,导师在学术领域与学术水平方面差别较大,缺乏高研究水平的导师。导师学术研究领域单一,缺乏对学科动态的把握,难以获得课题经费支持。此外,部分导师缺乏工作责任心和指导热情,其在思想道德方面有待进一步加强。这些因素均严重影响了研究生教育以及其创新能力的培养,使研究生的创新能力不足。

The cultivation of graduate students＇ innovation ability is crucial for graduate education. With the expansion of annual graduate enrollment, the number of supervisors is relatively insufficient, that can not meet the needs of the graduate students. Graduate supervisors vary greatly in the level of education, and the proportion of highly educated staff is smaller. Graduate supervisors in the academic field and academic levels vary greatly, and the lack of supervisors with a high academic level. The academic research field is single for several supervisors, and lack of grasp of the discipline development. Therefore, it＇s difficult to obtain research funds support. In addition, some supervisor lack of sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in the work, some need to be further strengthened in the ideological and moral aspects. These factors have seriously affected the cultivation of graduate education and its ability to innovate, so that the innovation ability of graduate students is insufficient.
