摘要
听课与评课既是实施教学管理的一项常规工作和组织教研活动的一种方式,又是开展教学研究的有效手段和提升教师教学业务水平和能力的重要途径。但目前的听课与评课多数流于形式并未真正注重实际成效,文章侧重听课与评课对提升教师教学水平、业务能力的作用进行论述,并探析有效听课与评课的策略,以期达到提供参考和借鉴之目的。
Classroom observation and assessment is not only a conventional work of teaching management and a mode of teaching research,but also an effective means for improving teachers teaching research competence and classroom operational capacity.However,in most cases nowadays,classroom observation and assessment remains a mere formality and thus have not exerted its due effect.This paper discusses the effect of classroom observation and assessment on improving classroom teaching and proposes strategies for effective classroom observation and assessment.
