破解农村学校艺术教育开课不足、"三轻三重"突出、师资短缺、参与面小、设备落后、教学效果差等突出问题。分析其保障机制缺失等根本原因,建立完善以组织保障机制为关键、投入保障机制为基础、整合保障机制为策略、激约保障机制为动力、协同推进保障机制为手段、创新保障机制为灵魂的机制系统,以保障农村艺术教育健康发展,培养德智体美全面发展的一代新人,为中华民族的振兴储备优秀的人力资源。

There are outstanding problems in art education in rural schools, such as lack of basic art course in rural schools, the serious problems of ＂three emphasizing＂ and ＂three ignoring＂, the shortage of teacher resources, the small percentage of participation, outdated equipment, the bad effect of teaching. Analyzing the essential reason of mechanism deficiencies of art education in rural schools, we should set up the security mechanism system, which includes six elements. The key is to organize the security mechanism, the foundation is to invest security mechanism, the strategy is to integrate the security mechanism, the driving force is to motivate the security mechanism, the mean is to carry forward the security mechanism collaboratively, and the soul is to create the security mechanism. In this way, the art education in rural schools could develop healthily, the new generation with wholesome personality in rural schools could be cultivated, and the excellent human resource for China＇s prosperity could be provided.
