思想政治教育话语是思想政治教育的符号形式与内容表达,是思想政治教育无形的软实力。对当前思想政治教育话语困境问题的思考既是思想政治教育基于理论自觉的审视,也是增强思想政治教育时代有效性的重要基点。应对思想政治教育话语困境,应植根于中国特色社会主义实践基础上来增强思想政治教育的话语自觉;应善于运用新概念、新范畴、新表述以丰富思想政治教育话语表达;应重视受教育者话语接受实际进而增强思想政治教育话语传播实效;应在积极应对各种形式的话语竞争中提升思想政治教育话语主动权等。

The discourse of ideological and political education is the form and expression of ideological and political education, as well as the soft power of ideological and political education. Thinking about the plight of the current ideological and political education provides important basis to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. To deal with the dilemma of ideological and political education, we should be good at using new concepts, new areas and new expressions to enrich the discourse expression of ideological and political education. We should attach importance to the discourse of the educated to accept the reality, in order to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education. We must also promote the initiative of ideological and political education discourse.
