摘要
国际理解教育是教育国际化的重要内容。日本国际理解教育理念一直存在官方和民间之间、不同学术派别之间的争论,在不同历史时期其侧重不同,呈现与时俱进的特点;多元文化理解教育成为日本国际理解教育实践的主要内容之一,生动的文化体验成为其显著特色。日本政府关于民族自身认同问题和历史认识问题关系的处理等成为制约日本国际理解教育发展的痼疾。
Education for International Understanding is a crucial part of education internationalization. There have always been disputes concerning international education ideas between official and nongovernmental sectors as well as among different academic groups in Japan. The focus changes during different historical periods and keeps pace with the times. Currently Multi-element Culture Education remains the focal point ,with lively cultural experiences as its distinct features. Ethnic identity and wrong reflections on history by Japanese govern- ment have become obstacles in the development of Education for International Understanding.
