摘要
研究了碘酸根与甲基紫的氧化显色反应 ,建立了光度法测定微量碘的新方法。结果表明 ,在H2 SO4 -KBr介质中 ,碘酸根与甲基紫反应生成红色氧化产物 ,其最大吸收波长为 60 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3 12× 10 4 。碘浓度在 0~ 5 0μg/2 5mL范围遵守比尔定律。本法用于测定加碘食盐中碘时 。
