文章从当下奇观建筑频出的现象入手,首先归纳了有关CCTV总部大楼争议的主要观点,其次借鉴"奇观社会"的理论视角揭示诸如央视大楼般奇奇怪怪建筑被约束的本质原因,随后通过区分不同类型的"奇观建筑",以期尽可能地客观认识"奇观建筑"对都市发展的双面价值。
