符号学作为20世纪形式论的集大成者,成为一种新兴的学科,从语言学学科引入到建筑设计领域,曾在后现代主义时期风靡一时。而符号学作为一种建筑设计思维方法,在当代仍有其存在的内在合理性和发展深化空间。参数化技术不仅作为非线性建筑设计的有力支撑,同时也为地域建筑设计提供了新思路。本文试从我国当代参数化地域建筑实践中对符号学的应用和发展入手,探讨符号学在当代地域建筑设计新方式中的应用价值以及局限性,并试图发现符号学未来在建筑设计领域的生命力所在。
