摘要
目的测定并推断复方丹参保肝颗粒的入血成分。方法通过HPLC-MSn的方法推测复方丹参保肝颗粒的化学成分及大鼠灌胃后的入血成分。结果复方丹参保肝颗粒溶液中共检测出30种化合物,其中的11种以原型吸收入血。结论入血成分多数为异黄酮类和丹酚酸类成分,为其药效物质基础研究以及进一步的体内代谢研究提供参考。
Objective To Determine and infer the components in rat plasma after oral administration of the compound Danshen Liver-protecting Granules（CDLGs）. Methods The components in rat plasma were detected by HPLC-MS-MS. Results CDLGs were detected 30 compounds, 11 of them take the prototype to the blood. Conclusion The study on absorption of the CDLGs may be helpful to understand ADME process and bioactive components of CDLGs.
