基于5种葛根异黄酮组分综合评分法优选葛根提取工艺

Applying the Grading Methods of Five Kudzu Root Isoflavones on Optimizing the Extraction Process

目的优选葛根异黄酮的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以5种葛根异黄酮的提取量为评价指标综合评分,优选葛根异黄酮的提取工艺。结果优选工艺为60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次加入15倍量溶媒,提取1 h。结论该5种葛根异黄酮作为葛根药材提取工艺的评价指标,方法科学合理,结果稳定可靠。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of kudzu root isoflavones. Methods Establish a determination method of kudzu root isoflavones. Optimize the extraction process of kudzu root isoflavones by orthogonal test,using the transferring rate of kudzu root isoflavones as quantitative indicators. Results The best extraction process of kudzu root isoflavones is that they are extracted for three times, and 0.5 hour each time with 60% ethyl alcohol 15 times amount of the medicine. Conclusion The method that use the five kinds of kudzu root isoflavones as evaluation indexs of kudzu root extraction technology is scientific and reasonable, stable and reliable.
