摘要
维生素K_2(Menaguinone,MK)是一种脂溶性维生素,具有叶绿醌生物活性的萘醌基团的系列衍生物,共有14种同系物,是人体中不可缺少的重要维生素之一。MK主要由肠道细菌以及芽孢杆菌合成,同时存在于传统食品纳豆中。MK可以促进凝血酶原与磷酸脂质体结合而发生凝血过程,同时还可以直接参与骨骼代谢,因此在医药方面有重要作用。本文主要分析了MK在凝血与骨骼代谢方面的生理作用及其在微生物体内的生物合成途径,并对纳豆菌(芽孢杆菌)合成维生素K_2进行了综述。
Vitamin K2 (Menaguiuone, MK) is liposoluble and indispensable for human. It has 14 kinds of homologues, which are series of naphthoquinone derivatives of phylloquinone bioactivity. MK is mainly synthesized by Enterobacteria and Bacillus and it exists in the traditional food of natto. MK promotes the coagulation process of prothrombin and phosphate liposome, and also directly participate in bone metabolism. Therefore, MK acts as an important role in medicine. In this paper, the physiological role of MK in clotting and bone metabolism, and biosynthesis pathways in microorganisms were analyzed. Meanwhile, synthesis of vitamin K2 in natto Bacillus was reviewed.
