摘要
针对现有保护层开采技术现状,提出了实现倾斜方向连续卸压的留煤柱开采保护层技术。通过理论分析认为当煤柱内部超过88%的范围为塑性区时,煤柱存在发生突变、失稳的可能性,给出煤柱留设尺寸的计算方法。在此基础上,利用煤柱保持稳定的时间,提出相应的回采工艺,对卸压效果进行分析。并结合实际工程背景对煤柱的留设及回采工艺参数进行了计算,认为在减小煤柱尺寸的前提下,可实现被保护层倾斜方向的连续卸压。
Aiming at current situation of protective coal seam mining,a coal pillar remaining realizing protective coal seam mining technology is proposed to realize inclined successive and sufficient pressure- relieving. According to theoretical analysis abrupt change and instability may happen when plastic zone exceed 88% in the coal pillar,and the computational methods of coal pillar layout size is deduced. On this basis,recovery technology is proposed according to coal pillar steady time and the pressure-relief effect is analyzed. Finally,combining with the practical engineering condition,the coal pillar layout and recovery technology parameter are calculated and inclined successive and sufficient pressure-relief in protected seam can be realized on the premise of decrease in coal pillar size.
