摘要
针对现行标准《煤炭可选性评定方法》在实际应用过程中的问题进行了分析和探讨。在不同分选精度下,计算分析了某一分选密度所对应的错配物料密度范围,提出了以扣除分选密度±0.35g/cm^3以外物料为基准计算δ±0.1含量的动态修正方法,实现了满足不同煤质特征的可选性评定,克服了现行评定方法对部分煤质的"失真"问题。建议对现行评定方法进行优化,使其对各种原煤可选性评定具有普适性。
This paper analyzes problems in the application of current standard "Method for Evaluating the Washability of Coal". Through calculation of corresponding mismatch range of different separation density,a dynamic correction method is put forward for ±0. 1 content under different theoretical separation densities,a dynamic evaluation method is proposed which fits different kind of coal, and overcomes the "distortion " phenomenon of the current evaluating method.Recommendation to optimize current evaluating method is proposed,so as to meet the general applicability of washability evaluating for various coal.
