定向长钻孔超前疏放顶板水技术在枣泉煤矿的应用 被引量:19

摘要 枣泉煤矿是我国西北侏罗系顶板裂隙水害典型代表矿井,主要受顶板直罗组砂岩含水层威胁,且存在大量烧变岩水,严重影响矿井正常生产。为了解决常规钻孔疏放顶板水时存在的施工工期和疏放周期长等问题,在11202工作面形成前,采用随钻测量定向钻进技术施工的定向长钻孔及分支孔对顶板直罗组砂岩含水层和烧变岩水进行了超前疏放,共完成4个定向长钻孔和5个分支孔,总进尺2589m,最大钻孔深度603m,单孔最大瞬时放水量64.8m^3/h,疏放周期三个月时共放水57440m^3,解除了顶板水害隐患,减少了工作面准备时间,确保了巷道掘进和工作面回采的安全。 Zaoquan mine is a representative mine of Northwest Jurassic roof cracks water, the normal production is seriously threatened by the Zhiluo Formation sandstone aquifer and burnt rock water. Aiming at the long construction period and drainage period in conventional borehole dewatering,directional long borehole is used in advance roof dewatering before 11202 working face construction. During the practice,four directional long boreholes has been constructed,whose footage is 2589 m with maximum drilling depth of 603 m,total water flowage is 57440m^3 in three- month drainage period with the maximum instantaneous discharge water is 64. 8m^3/ h,with the significant application effect,the roof flood risk has been eliminated and the working surface preparation time reduced.
