预掘巷道开采技术在区段内连续开采中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对新集二矿2101采区连续开采存在采掘接替紧张的问题,在210102工作面应用预掘腰巷沿空掘巷,即待210106工作面回采超过腰巷后再施工210102机巷里段;在210100工作面采用预掘机巷沿空留巷,待210102工作面回采后再进行巷道修护。预掘巷道开采技术的应用,有效解决了采掘压茬期对连续开采的限制,实现了2101采区工作面的连续开采,对类似条件下区段内连续开采具有较好的借鉴价值。 Aiming at the tense mining-excavation relay in continuous mining of 2101 mining zone of Xinji second mine,gob-side entry driving of pre-driven waist-lane is applied when 210102 working face is prepared,the construction 210102 machinery roadway starts after coal mining in 210106 mining face passes the waist-lane. The gob-side entry retaining for machinery roadway is applied when 210100 working face is prepared,the roadway is repaired after the 210102 mining face recovery. Application of the pre-driven roadway greatly reduces the period of working face preparation,effectively solves the limit of continuous mining in the stubble period,realizes continuous mining in 2101 district,and achieves favorable technical and economic integration effects.
