摘要
采购管理是工程总承包管理中承上启下的重要环节。在分析工程总承包采购管理特点的基础上,借鉴供应链管理思路,初步分析了工程总承包的内外部供应链关系,梳理了工程总承包的采购管理过程,最后从内部采购制度、网络信息平台建设和自行组织招标等方面提出了相应建议。
Procurement management is an important part which is the link to engineering and construction of EPC. Based on the characteristics analysis of EPC procurement management,the paper studies the relationship between internal-external supply chain of EPC and procurement process,referring to the supply chain management concept,then analyzes the process of EPC procurement management,and finally gives suggestions such as internal procurement system,network information platform and self-organizing bidding.
