煤炭工业是我国能源的支柱产业,煤炭产业的发展促进了我国经济的飞速发展,也为社会提供了大量的就业机会。随着我国经济进入新常态以来,煤炭行业遇到了发展瓶颈,解决问题的关键在于加强技术创新,提高自主知识产权,增强企业核心竞争力。因此,不断加强煤炭行业知识产权人才的培养具有非常重要的意义。文章根据煤炭行业的特点,针对管理部门、科研院所、企业、行业协会的不同特点和需要,研究构建适合我国煤炭行业需要的立体知识产权培训体系和培训机制,助力煤炭行业的知识创新和成果转化。

Coal industry, as one of the energy pillar industries in China, its development has promoted the rapid development of China＇s economy,and provided a lot of employment opportunities. As China＇s economy has entered a new normal,the industry has encountered a development bottleneck, the key of which lies in strengthening technological innovation,improving independent intellectual property rights, and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,strengthening intellectual property rights training for coal industry is of great significance. According to characteristics of coal industry,aiming at the characteristics and needs of administrative department,scientific research institutions,enterprises,industry associations,the paper researches the construction of three- dimensional intellectual property training system and training mechanism for China＇ s coal industry, to promote the knowledge innovation and achievements transformation.
