摘要 针对催化裂化装置在装置报警、结焦及产品收率等方面存在的一些问题,中国石化在炼油技术分析与远程诊断平台上,运用大数据处理技术及催化运行数据,进行数据挖掘,尝试对上述问题进行深入研究与分析。通过大数据平台的开发,建立了报警原因链路分析、关键位点预警、沉降器结焦量预测和汽油收率寻优等技术,解决了装置报警、结焦和产品收率方面的问题,提升了催化裂化装置运行水平。通过对某公司的试点验证,形成可供推广的生产操作指导和风险评估技术,开创了应用大数据技术解决催化裂化装置生产问题新途径。利用催化裂化装置运行分析大数据平台,提高了催化裂化装置平稳运行周期并取得良好的经济效益,进而促进大数据技术在石化行业的推广应用。 To solve the problems in alarm, coking and product yield, etc in FCC unit, SINOPEC has made a detailed study and analysis on the problems by using the big data processing technology and FCCU operation data on the platform of technical analysis and remote diagnosis. The development of big data platform has established chain analysis of alarm causes, pre-alarm of critical point, prediction of coking make in settler and optimization of gasoline yields, which have solved the problems of alarm, coking and product yields of FCC unit and improved the unit operation. The verification on the unit operation of a company has confirmed the technologies for unit production and risk evaluation, and a new way has been developed for solving the problem in FCCU operation by application of big data. The application of big data platform has improved the stable operation of FCCU and a good economic benefit is achieved, which promotes the application of big data technology in petrochemical industry.
